Project flow
1. briefing and analysis of the requirements
Our first priority is to understand the task at our customer, optionally with an on-site appointment. In cooperation with the client, we analyze requirements and develop a specification sheet as a result. This provides an overview of the entirety of the tasks and our services.

2. feasibility analysis and concept
With the help of CAD and optical simulation programs, we create a solution concept very close to the practical implementation. The results are evaluated with the customer and any changes are incorporated. Our concept also takes into account test criteria that guarantee the customer compliance with the given requirements.

3. offer phase/calculation
Once models have been created using the revised specifications, we submit a quotation for the construction of a prototype and the subsequent series with delivery time. The quotation including the assembly drawings, as well as agreed test scales are documented in the concept and subsequently serve as acceptance criteria for the prototype.

4. prototype production and test
In accordance with the concept, prototypes are developed in the implementation phase. Based on the agreed test criteria, functional tests are carried out in-house for each prototype to analyze whether the requirements are met.
For example, lenses are tested for distortion, resolution, magnification and angle of view. Complete assemblies are tested for compliance with protection classes and electromagnetic compatibility. In addition, climate and transport tests are also carried out.
5. system integration and series production
A successful test phase is followed by system integration. Here we support our customers on site with the integration of the application. The transfer to series production represents the final step in the project process.
