To give your consent, we need your email address. After informing us of your email address, we will send you an email, which we will ask you to confirm. After your confirmation you will regularly receive our newsletter.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The only exceptions to this are our service partners who we need to process the contractual relationship. These are contractually obligated to comply with the EU-DSGV and the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The scope of data transfer is limited to a minimum.

If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of payment by invoice or direct debit, we reserve the right to obtain credit information based on mathematical-statistical methods in order to protect our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to them and use the information received about the statistical probability of a payment default for a weighed decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship.
The creditworthiness information may include probability values (score values), which are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical methods and in the calculation of which, among other things, address data are included. Your interests worthy of protection are taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions.
